singing week1

Also we learned different ways of preparing your body to sing.
-Feet spread apart, about a foot and a half. Hands down by your side, give them a little shake for 5 seconds. Then slowly rotate your head once and then stop in the centre and head slightly titled up, chin up, shoulders back.

At the back of our Academy of Performing arts booklet, there is a sheet:
